We’ll be posting more wrap up lessons from the 2012 market, but the early story is all about volume. Boston condo sales took off in 2012 as volume was up 23% over 2011 sales. Leading the charge was South Boston which saw a 26% growth in condo sales, not far behind was Back Bay at 24%.
