This week it was difficult to pick the home of the week because there were so many great options, but we had to go with 46 Union Park #5. While this unit is not perfect, the aggregate of its features is hard to top.
Listed as a 2 bed 2 bath unit that comes with a deeded parking space and rear balcony it is sure to attract attention right off the bat. As can be expected in most South End listings of this size, the second bedroom is more of an office/nursery than a true second bedroom. What doesn’t get mentioned is that the dining room has been laid out so that it can be used as a third bedroom should it be desired. An extra door has been put in as well a closet allowing you to wall up the pocket doors should you want to create a third bedroom. The other feature that’s sure to draw lots of attention is the super low condo fee of only $200/month. When you combine the floor plan, with the low condo fee, parking and outdoor space on the best street in the South End it makes this home difficult to beat!
